1. Consultation Services
Fees paid for astrological consultations (in-person or online) are generally non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or a credit for a future session.

2. Digital Products & Lessons
For digital products, online lessons, or downloadable materials, refunds are not provided once the access link has been shared or the content has been accessed, due to the nature of digital goods.

3. Appointment Cancellations
If an appointment is cancelled by Sri Jayathu Lanka, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued, or an alternative date will be provided based on your preference.
